We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, 24-hour room service, and the big and clean swimming pool. The hotel facilities were great, including the restaurant and warungs in the building, as well as the nearby laundry and shops. We also appreciated the hotel's location in the center of the city, where it was easy to find cafes to work outside.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the city center and easy to find. Being in a big tower, it had a modern and impressive ambiance. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained, and I loved the double bed and TV. The breakfast offered good quality food with plenty of options.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. the bed was large and comfortable, with a TV offering numerous English channels. the included breakfast offered both Indonesian and Western options, and the location was easy to find.

During my recent stay at Gunawangsa Manyar, I encountered a situation where my friend unexpectedly joined us for one night. However, our deluxe room was too small to accommodate an extra bed. Thankfully, the Front Desk staff was incredibly helpful and understanding. They swiftly arranged for us to move to a spacious family room, ensuring a comfortable stay for all three of us. Additionally, the Bellboy provided excellent service, efficiently transferring our belongings to the new room. The breakfast offered a nice variety, and the pool had a welcoming atmosphere. Gunawangsa Manyar will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Surabaya again. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and pleasant stay experience.
